Assistant to the  Director of Operations-  Permanent  *NEW*

 This is an assistant position Not the Director.

  • Working with field personnel and clients to manage the execution of each assignment
  • Planning, organizing and evaluating the construction project according to the assigned schedule and given specifications
  • Monitor the variances in material and labor in coordination with the supervisors so that maximum profits can be gained
  • Prepare these schedules and monitor the work progress against the allotted budget
  • Manage the subcontractors, as appropriate
  • Supervise/monitor all activities of the Field Operations
  • Make sure that all the cost and production targets are achieved by adhering to the health and safety regulations
  • Train the staff how to adhere to best practices
  • Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed

Office Manager for CPA Office – PERM  PT

Part-time Office Manager for small growing public accounting firm located in the Concord Manchester area. Great opportunity for advancement. Experience should include QuickBooks, Word, Excel, time & billing, and contact management software. Social media marketing experience helpful. Applicant should also be very organized when performing their work. This is a permanent position; looking for someone that wants long-term employment. Hours are 15-20 hours per week and 30+ hours per week during tax season.  Must be able to work both part-time to 30+ hours as office changes from tax season to off season.

During tax season the office manager is responsible for:

E-filing tax returns

Processing paper returns to be sent to client, including instruction and cover letters

Maintaining job controls for all individual and business returns

The office manager is also responsible for answering the telephone, all in office filing of documents and client files, order supplies, and all other office related functions.

There are two weeks of vacation pay at the summertime hours, 401k with employer match, and profit sharing (employer paid).

We are looking for is individuals that can read a blueprint, know how to use tools and are looking to work with a great team.

We are looking for first shift only 7:30am to 4:00pm. The pay rate is between $12 to $15 per hour depending on experience.

Service Operations Coordinator- Temp to Perm  $15.00/hr  Concord NH 

Under general supervision, supports the Division Manager and Assistant Division Manager in the completion of assigned tasks to maximize productivity and profitability of the branch. The Service Operations Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling, and directing activities of operational resources, and also responsible for customer interaction, communicating with the Field Service Supervisors, as well as, operational and technician time metrics reporting.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  1. Generates and manage Work Orders in System
  2. Capacity planning: Schedules and manage technician time, materials, sub-contractors and equipment based on project needs, skill sets, and availability for efficiency.
  3. Dispatches technicians, and notifies customers.
  4. Technician Time management: Reconcile daily schedule to time spent on job work orders. Daily properly enter and code time into HR time clock system and into Work Order system. Use GPS technology as time clock when possible and to track dispatched technicians throughout the day to maintain highest productivity and cost efficiency.
  5. Under supervision of the Division manager schedule apprentice and tech training both seminars and on-job training following the Technician Training an Apprentice Program.
  6. Work closely with a Division Manager and Field Service Supervisors to prepare monthly and weekly execution plans for scheduled service and startup visits, aligning technician skill levels to tasks.
  7. Coordinates work order parts requirements with the Parts Department,
  8. Issues purchase orders as needed. Ensures material costs are posted to appropriate customer work order.
  9. Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the assigned staff, and responding to special requests.
  10. Accurately enter field reported service information into a service technology system. Documents include service tickets, material purchases, and other service work related transactions. Ensures technicians are submitting paperwork daily.
  11. Track and post key operational metrics to ensure that team is hitting its productivity objectives and delivering its financial targets.
  12. Coordinate service related materials. Ensuring that files are accurate, orderly and up to date.

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must have a high school Diploma or equivalent
  • Service industry experience in service operations and / or service dispatch / scheduling preferred, but a strong office experience is necessary. 
  • Possesses basic accounting and business principles.
  • Able to lead and direct diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated competence in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to positively represent the client and communicate with others at varying technical levels.
  • Able to use Service Management software and financial accounting systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office (excel, word, power point), and basic Windows environment.

Physical Abilities: 

Frequent operation of computer related equipment, including but not limited to: phones, keyboards, printers, and/or scanners, billing and mailing equipment requires ability to see, hear and speak as well as physical dexterity; Extended periods of sitting and occasional light lifting of 15 lbs to 50 lbs are common. Temp to Perm Sheet Metal Fabricator  Concord NH Area

Essential Functions Include:

The fabrication processes include but are not limited to the following operations:

Interprets specifications from blueprints and drawings to fabricate aluminum shapes with the use of electric/hydraulic power shears and power brakes.

Operates Niagara 12 foot press brake, Accushear hydraulic 12 foot shear machine, Baleigh sheet metal notcher to shear, notch and brake shape aluminum sheets. 

Perform drilling, abrading, sawing, assembly, fastening, finishing and related functions using electric or pneumatic tools and machinery.

Pay is $15.00 per hour (experience only)

Qualifications:

Prior experience in operation of press brake for the shaping of aluminum metals and

prior experience in operation of shear machine to shear aluminum sheets.

Must have the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.

Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and a desire to work in a team environment. Must have reliable transportation.

Hours are: Monday thru Friday 6 AM to 2:30 PM overtime as needed. Saturday work required as needed.

 CNC machinist with knowledge of G code.  1st shift position, experience with Hurco, Doosan or Haas  machinery a plus   7-3:30 Monday through Friday  ( no weekends)

Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and non metallic parts by performing the following duties.  

SUMMARY 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.  

 Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.

 Assembles cutting tools in tool holders and positions tool holders in machine spindles as specified or inserts cutting tools in specified machine magazines.

 Loads control media such as disk, tape, in machine control console or enter commands to retrieve preprogrammed machine instructions from data base.

 Manipulates controls and enters commands to index cutting tool to specified set point and to start machine.

 Measures, marks, and scribes dimensions and reference points on material or work piece as guides for subsequent machining

 Selects, aligns, and secures holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as mills, lathes jig borers, grinders, and shapers.

 Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors such as speed, feed and coolant flow and depth and angle of cut, or enters commands to retrieve, input or edit computerized machine control media.

 Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

 Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications.

 Any other duties assigned by Supervisor or Manager.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis. Must also be able to stand, bend, stoop and reach with hands/arms for long periods of time.


Work hours are : Monday through Friday  1st shift 6am to 2:30 pm and 2:30-11:00 pm with overtime possible- on Saturdays as needed.

Must have flexibility to start earlier and stay later if needed - until the trucks are loaded for next day delivery. this can mean getting out early or staying late. Lots of overtime can be available.
